Golf Course Superintendent
Adam Jessie

Adam Jessie grew up in on a golf course.  His grounds career started on the course where his mother was the General manager and is now celebrating his 23rd season on golf course.  As his passion grew for Agronomy so did his goal to work at the world’s best courses.  While attending Colorado State University he was awarded an internship to the Augusta National Golf Club, and graduated in 2001. Following graduation Adam made the transition to New York and started a new job as an Assistant Superintendent at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club as the club started their preparation for the 2004 US Open.  In 2006 he was brought on board at St. George’s as the Superintendent.  He feels the biggest contribution he has made to the course is the elevation in daily conditioning and the in-house restoration of the golf course. Adam is happily married and has two children.
