Brian Curtin
General Manager

Brian joined the St. George’s team in August of 2016.  Prior to that he was General Manager of Great Rock Golf Club, Wading River, for 8 years.  At GRGC, he oversaw the entire facility, including golf and greens, pro shop and a high-volume restaurant and catering facility.
Brian began his club career at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club, Southampton, in 1997, where he worked for 6 years.  He started off in the kitchen as a line cook and left as the Banquet Manager.  Upon leaving SHGC in 2002, Brian became Executive Chef at Lido Golf Club.  3 years later, Brian started an off-premise catering company that executed high-end events in Manhattan and the Hamptons.  In 2008, Brian sold his catering company and returned to Shinnecock for one season as Sous Chef.
He resides in Manorville, NY with his wife Kerrilyn and daughter Raegan.  

Bill Perri

Bill is married with two children. His hobbies include model railroading, music and sports. Bill has been at St. George’s since 2001.Prior to St. George‘s, Bill‘s background was in the food industry and public accounting. He graduated from Hofstra University with a BBA.
